I use viscotears eye gel too. My GP says I can have it on script once officially diagnosed. How do I get the leaflet? We are planning on getting memory foam topper so that should help too. I do drink caffeine free tea after 5pm (Ilove my tea) but dont have anything too late, apart from horlicks if I cant sleep and if its not too hot. Aw, poor you, I sympathise with insomnia, it is SO awful!
I tried everything too and nothing (especially music in my ears!) helped.
You could try a herbal tonic like Calm's? Verbena and Valerian are the two herbs for help with sleeplessness...

Hi Mary, Do you live near the sea, if so go for a run in the car and go for a walk along the beach for a while, the sea air may help you to sleep. I don't suppose there is anything worse than being unable to sleep. I thankfully don't have this problem I could sleep for Britain. But my husband has a sleep problem too, and I know how much he is affected by it. He drinks Valarian Tea which helps but I don't know if it would be suitable with RA drugs, you could check it may help. Hope you feel better soon. Lorna x

Hi Lorna no we do not live near the sea we live in beautiful place where there are mountains woods and a lot of grass also wild horses sheep etc I sit at a place called the keepers (princess Margeret's ex burried his horse there) it is a very beautiful quite place I do a lot of thinking there but it is a bit dark at night time (I do not want to scare any-one in the dark) but thanks for that take care Mary L

Thanks Chrissie x I GOT THE LEAFLET from the dentist just tells you when too use the stuff Do you use the moistering mouth gel and stuff like that ?You need too use the high floridie toothpaste to halt the sorjins roting teeth and also the dry mouth mouthwash i think the best time to use it is after brushing ????I do some before some after .I get the toothpaste of the dentist ( not biotine ) christine The chocolate eating housewife ...The washer woman .....naughty lady
